Rentals

We have three great locations available for rentals. A full review of the Davis County Fine Arts Council Rental Policies and Procedures will be required, additional details found within the agreement documentation.

Overview of Expectations

Details about the agreement will be required to be addressed as a part of the Davis County Fine Arts Council Rental Policies and Procedures.

  • All reservations of the locations owned and managed by the Davis County Fine Arts Council are to be arranged with the Fine Arts Council.
  • Each day is considered a separate event for the purpose of calculating rental charges.
  • Publicity for any event is the responsibility of the renting party and shall include the statement “this event is not a production of the Davis County Fine Arts Council” (or similar wording).
  • Arts Council shall retain all control and proceeds of the concessions and concessions area in the theater.
  • Details about damage and cleaning deposits, access to the buildings, cancellations, responsibility of renting party, and possible supervision by council members are a part of the policies and procedures documentation.
  • Rehearsals for events scheduled will be charged 50% rate for all buildings rented.

Kay Burchette Community Center

The Kay Burchette Community Center is the building to the south of the Iowa Theater. It can be rented for meetings, celebrations, reunions, and events of all kinds.

  • Rental Prices per day
    • $50 for the first three hours, or
    • $100 per day

Iowa Theater

The Iowa Theater includes the theater, possible concessions (to be discussed with the board and proceeds go to the Davis County Fine Arts Council),

  • Pricing
    • The theater building is $100 for the first three hours and $10 for each additional hour.
  • Council provided technicians
    • Iowa Theater Lighting: $10 per hour
    • Iowa Theater Sound: $10 per hour

Iowa Theater Dressing Room/Warehouse Building

The Iowa Theater has a full dressing room available upon additional rental agreement.

    • $50 per day (No water or bathroom facilities are available November 1st – March 1st)
